AFF Photo Contest

One of the activities that the Alaska Fly Fishers supports each year is a Members Photo Contest. Entries are accepted in January and judging is done before the February General Membership Meeting. At that meeting, members get to see all the entries and vote on a People's Choice Award.

The contest currently consists of 4 categories - Spirit of Fly Fishing, Wildlife and Nature, Just the Fish, and a Creative category where anything goes. In addition to 1st and 2nd place in each category, the judges choose one photo they feel is the best submitted from all the entries, and the People's Choice award is made at the February meeting.
